Services
Bacon, sausage, chorizo upon request, scrambled eggs with cheeses, onions, bell peppers, and potatoes. Served with green chili and flour tortillas. Steak or Chicken - Kabobs are marinaded in our special sauce and skewered with onions bell peppers and tomatoes. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, steamed veggies, corn on the cob, and assorted rolls or corn bread.

Jenny's response to my initial injury wa was engaging and inquisitive. She worked hard to accommodate our needs while still supplying our event with exceptional food. Her follow-up provided certainty of her interest in our event and we were not disappointed. Guests devoured the fabulous guacamole. At evening's end, staff ensured an enormous plate of fo food was waiting for me.
