William Haggar ('Bill') is the founder and Executive Director of the company. He started in construction back in 1987 with Haggar Construction, providing fine quality carpentry and home building in the New England area. In 2018 Bill formed Haggar Building & Remodeling, LLC and continues to provide the same service and expertise he is accustomed to.
Luanne David is our Design Consultant. She began her career working as a kitchen designer at Home Depot while obtaining a degree in Interior Design. She then expanded her design knowledge beyond just kitchens and baths working with Blackdog Builders. She can assist you with any remodeling project. An aesthetically pleasing space with optimal function is her focus.
