As much as we try to accommodate everyone, sometimes you can't please everyone. We have been voted number One for 7 years in a row for a reason. Our customer service is above anyone else in the area. Appointments are highly recommended as we do have to step out of the showroom for client meetings at their homes for measurements and other personal reasons.

I have to start by saying that unfortunately I am writing this review without ever stepping foot into the actual store. Today was my third attempt to go in to look at backsplash for our kitchen and this was the third time that the store was closed during their operational hours. I completely understand that things come up, however 3 times seems a little excessive. They were more than happy to set up an appointment, however if this is the only way that I would be able to actually look at their products then maybe they should consider appointments only rather than having and posting operational hours
