Services
We are especially well versed in working with those suffering from addiction and the difficulties that it brings on interpersonally. Our associates have been in the addictions business for many years and are skilled in working with individuals that want to stay clean and sober but continue to relapse.
Each of us has coping skills that work well for us. When life overwhelms us with loss, stress, rejection or disappointment, our coping strategies may not function as well as they did in everyday situations. Sometimes depression or anxiety is a result of our emotional system being overwhelmed.
Both anxiety and depression are examples of emotional issues that can be treated with a variety of treatment plans that may or may not include medication, depending on the individual!Change in appetite, either overeating and focusing on food, or you have no appetite and must make yourself eat. Change in sleep, either sleeping too much or having trouble getting to sleep or staying alseep.

Our coaches help entrepreneuers, individuals with life issues and executives in key areas of business identify where they are currently and where they want to go. We assist in finding the blocks, barriers and limiting beliefs that keep them from achieving their desired outcomes. Many people are great at helping others get to their goals but do not take the time, discipline and commitment to make their own desires come to fruition.
The Human Side of Business. Imagine what your day would be like if you and your employees were able to handle the "human side of business". We use our staff that are specially trained to help your employees move through the human problems brought to the workplace such as communication issues, creativity blocks, conflict, big emotions, and those issues particular to your work setting, those issues that affect your bottom line.
We assess the needs, define the issues and create a plan based on each client's unique needs, learning style and business requirements. Our areas of expertise include assisting Boards of Directors to become even more effective and working with Addiction Related Issues in the Workplace. Duane Wade and Vicki Adaway have teamed up to work with Boards of Directors of non-profit and for profit companies.
