Overall, Sundance is beautiful. Natural light in the apartment, modern feel, open concept and high ceilings. The western side of the building has an amazing view. The gym and pool area are well maintained and not too crowded. I would rate everything a 5/5 except for the move-in condition of the apartment. Unfortunately, on move-in, the apartment needed significant cleaning attention that was left over from a previous tenant which was not obvious during the initial tour. The carpet was in significant disrepair due to suspected animal urine and required full replacement to eliminate the odor. Although

I’m a medical traveler that came to Bismarck, ND for an assignment at the local hospital.
The management team exceeded my expectations as an out of town applicant. Once I was through the approval process, completing the lease was online and easy to do. The apartment was leased sight unseen and didn’t disappoint.
Having a Service Animal can sometimes cause scheduling issues when it comes to maintenance coming in the apartment. This wasn’t the case with Sundance. They willing worked with my schedule to complete any needed repairs and inspections.
The move out process was as easy as the move

You really can't beat Sundance when it comes to apartments. It is such a beautiful area to live with a country feel, yet so close to everything! I have lived here for a little over a year and management has gone above and beyond taking care of everything I need. As a single young professional I really enjoy the security of the community and people I have met here. It is a great place to have a dog also (which is very important to me)!

Just moved in a month ago and it have has been a great overall experience thus far. The staff are very helpful, quickly responding to the many questions I have, they helped make the application process easy. This apartment complex is modern, very clean, quiet, well maintained which has made the transition to apartment living a bit easier.

This place is amazing! They have a really nice community room that has a pool table and coffee bar in it. As well as a big fitness room and an outdoor pool! My friend lives on the top floor and the views from their are breath taking! Especially the sunset and wildlife you can see! Could totally see myself living at this place!

Fantastic looking apartments. However, they are small and over-priced. There is virtually no storage inside of the apartments. Your "walk-in" closet, has a door that opens inwards. So you lose have your closet space, as it's blocked by the door. Very poorly planned. Instead, the builders opted to have storage units on each floor so they could charge you even more for a place to store your stuff. They don't allow smoking on the property, but they do allow people to smoke on their personal balconies. I find there are a lot of smokers in the building.
