Nice property and units, secure access, elevator, pet friendly. Pool, community room, workout room and yoga studio available. Office staff are friendly and maintenance responds to inquires quickly. Only negative complaint we have is about the concrete surrounding the garages, which is not the managements fault, contractor/construction did a poor job with leveling. Rain and snow melt run into our garage causing excess water and/or freezing the garage door closed in the winter.

I have never had a bad experience with the citadel apartments. I currently have been living in their Capitol Ave ones. Their apartments are very large and spacious we have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it’s three times larger then our last living place. Aprox. 1,300sq ft. They allow 2 pets per apartment too with no pet rent! They keep the apartments well taken care of and clean in public areas. Another thing is if you need Maitence done it is done quickly and efficiently. The managers are very nice and communication with them is easy and a good experience.

Literally the most terrible apartment experience I have had. I travel for work, and I relocate every three months. The only good thing about my experience here was that it only lasted three months. The walls are literally paper thin and you can hear everything on every side of you. The management office is less than professional. I paid $1,200 in deposits, they sent me a check after move out for just over $600. I did I final inspection before leaving and everything was signed off at good. I reached out and they sent me a check for $60. They charged me $140 because they said they had to sweep the

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Let me just start by saying that the management at the facility is very friendly and accommodating. However, If I had to option to leave zero stars, I would!! We rented a furnished 2 bedroom unit paying over $1800/mo.
If you have pets, this is the place for you. If you don’t, I would recommend somewhere else. As soon as you walk into the door of your building, you are welcomed with the stench of wet dog. The entry way to my building (I can’t speak of all of them because I only ever visited mine) was always dirty and it was maybe cleaned once a

I have had a very bad experience in these apartments. They told me I was allowed to have a cat in my apartment and then after I got the cat and bought everything that goes along with it($100+), they emailed me and told me that they had made a mistake and that I wasn't allowed to have a cat even though my doctor signed their required sheet. The people seem nice but all they care about is getting as much money as possible, they will not negotiate anything to keep their residents happy.

This place is absolutely the best in town for the price. Most places have higher rent and are not updated like this. They have new construction, completely updated, and all the amenities (including a pool area and a very nice common room). The apartments are beautiful. I love that it is right on the edge of town, so you are in a quiet area. If you are lucky, you get a beautiful prairie view (which I did). But you are sitting right on Washington, so it takes two seconds to get anywhere you need. I've had nothing but positive
