Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Bright Vision Center a proud provider of vision care products and services in Cary. Dr. Ortiz received his undergraduate degree from University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez campus in 2001. Dr. Ortiz, fluent in Spanish, received his doctor of optometry degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry in 2006.
There are a number of reasons why you might prefer contact lenses to standard eyewear: a glasses-free look, hassle-free vision correction, wearing non-prescription sunwear and goggles, or the convenience of not having to worry about misplacing your glasses. Dr. Ortiz examined my vision and found that I had a very serious condition. He sent me to the right people, at the right time and within a very short time, my eyesight was 98% better than when I arrived at his office.
All LensCrafters ever did was hand me a lens script and charge me a lot of money!!
Dr. Ortiz and his staff are my new "go to" vision specialists!!!

Dr Ortiz is great. Just don't ever get a pair of glasses/ contacts that requires a mail in rebate, only do instant. You won't get your rebate money nor a call back on why. They have not only lost my business but all my referrals... and all over a $200 rebate. Far way less than I’ve spent there or would’ve in the future. Their lost, some other optometrist’s gain!
