We recently had Doug inspect a home in Rock Hill, and we can't overstate how pleased we were with our experience.
Making an appointment over the phone was easy, and pricing was clear and accurate. We paid $395 for an inspection, $95 for termite testing, and $175 for radon testing for a total of $665. He was early to the appointment, and ended up spending about 3 hours walking us through the home.
Doug also practiced good COVID safety. We were asked to limit the size of our party to ensure social distancing, and Doug wore a mask throughout the appointment.

I hired Doug Myers of Homepro Johnson,ny homeprony.com to inspect my home before I purchased it and a couple years later I came to realize he missed the fact that half the trusses were cut to put a makeshift room in attic and I now have a major structural failure, several calls to him went unanswered, he may have a nice list of credentials but somehow he missed this big issue.
