I'm happy with the furniture and deal I got from the company. I wanted specific furniture to match some of our existing, the site provided great a selection and easy to navigate. We needed to replace our outdoor furniture on our pool deck. Resort Furniture and Chairs was recommended to us by our property management company. They provide us various price quotes and different catalogs for our meeting. Their pricing and selection was much better than other quotes we received.
Eileen was extremely helpful in helping us choose colors. She sent us fabric and frame sample swatches so we could see the actual colors. The furniture was received within 5 weeks and it is beautiful. We have received many compliments from our residents.

Dishonest vendor. They wouldn't return my phone calls and emails requesting the return of brand new (in box) outdoor chairs even though I offered to pay return shipping. They ignored my efforts to make the return until I contacted the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Finally got the refund but after a great deal of time and effort.
