We LOVE the chair. The only problem was we had to wait over 2 weeks because they only deliver to Holiday City on Wednesdays, and the truck was full. At least that's what we were told. My dad was just released from Rehab and needed it sooner. However, the price was GREAT and all worked out well. It fits well and looks great.

Would have given a "0" but not an option... purchased a couch and love seat in Fall 2017 for a Summer home. To date, older couple has spent every 3rd weekend at house. Material on couch and love seat appear to be "shedding" for the fabric, maybe from the down filling (some feathers are visible and can be pulled out) but also some grassy tan threads. Call Squan Furniture to help us figure out what is going on. They say someone from the "Factory" will come out to investigate. Since this is a summer home, the appointment times are not easy. I bought a beautiful leather reclining couch at squan. The salesperson was wonderfull, helpful, knowledgable but not pushy. They helped me see what pieces fit into my room without looking too big. It looks perfect ! I then went back and got a kitchen table and a bedroom set for when my grandchildren visit. I love that store and the people in it. One month after the warrantee on our ASHLEY bedroom set expired ,we noticed the veneer at the base of the dresser was peeling away from the dresser itself. after contacting ashley they told us we had to call the store where we purchased the set .so we contacted SQUAN FURNITURE and told them about the defect . all we got from them was apologies and lip service they reminded us that we were OUT OF WARRANTEE in every communication . when we purchased the furniture we were told the veneer has a 10 yr warrantee ,when the furniture was delivered the literiture said 1 yr . we first saw this furniture

So far, a completely enjoyable furniture buying experience!! After looking in at least a dozen different furniture stores, we discovered the worlds only non-annoying salesman!! .......DAVE!! If you make your way to the Toms River store as we did, I highly recomend asking for him and don't forget to tell him I sent you!! LOL The store is not huge, but they have a decent selection.
