Had an excellent experience with Matt, the owner and operator of the auto body shop. After having to have both my front and rear of my car repaired, I couldn't be happier. Matt's quotes for both price and time to repair were spot on. Like most repair shops, I was worried about the shop trying to fix or sell me things I didn't need fixed. Matt and Brauntex didn't try that with me thankfully. I will definitely use them again if I need any body work done.

What a great experience with Brauntex! Great communication, great work on my car, looks brand new! Super fast turn around. Matt was able to coordinate with my insurance, everything went smoothly and easy! My girlfriend got her car fixed here. I wasn't even the customer, but I was so impressed that I had to take the time to write a 5 star review because he deserves it. I forgot his name, but the bottom line is he cares about the customer and about quality. She got damage fixed to a fender and headlight on a Subaru Crosstrek and this guy took the time to make sure the vehicle looked original and pre-damage condition and he succeeded.

I rear ended a car with my front right side of my 2018 VW Passat. Brauntex was recommended by my father-in-law since they'd fixed his Ford Explorer and his youngest daughter's Land Rover previously. They were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me an estimate for the work before my insurance adjuster even saw it and they were within 5% of what the insurance adjuster quoted even before they took the car apart. Matt at Brauntex Auto Body is the kind of auto body shop owner and tech that are few and far between! My wife and I had our 2015 Equinox repaired at his shop after a skirmish with a rather nice 6 point buck! Buck didn't fair well but I'm pretty sure he won. Matt covered our deductible and not only repaired our car to what I'm certain is better shape than before the incident with said buck but also out of generosity fixed some issues with our paint that were not even part of the incident. I had a fender bender to my left driver’s side of my Toyota Corolla and took my car to Matt for repair. My damage was estimated by the insurance company at $2800. Matt was knowledgeable about the claims process. He repaired my car according to the insurance recommendations and was able to do it for less than the estimate, saving me my deductible… money. Wreaked my car back on August 30, 2019 and started looking up reviews for some good body shops and I found this one (Glad I Did). I had the opportunity to work with Matt and he was extremely nice and very helpful. I worked with Matt throughout the entire time of him having my car about a week in half which was excellent service timing. Matt walked me through the whole process with my car and the insurance. When I left my car with Matt he gave me a ride to pick up my rental car, and then he gave me a ride to take back the rental car, while he drove my car and then I drove him back to his shop lol

Flexibility and quality! This is the most flexible shop I've ever dealt with. I have a crazy schedule and the drop off and pick up arrangements were beyond accommodating. Price was very reasonable and honest- I… was told how much the parts and labor would be up front (an the quote was accurate). The job was done in a matter of days and the entire process was painless from all the transparency. I would definitely recommend Brauntex Auto to anyone I know that needs minor to major work done on their vehicle.
