I called twice just to see if they had a tire available..
1st call didn't answer: straight to voicemail
2nd call: Answered just to let me know that they were closed, when online it says they close @8:00pm.. I called @ 7:01pm & 7:07pm.
I asked if they could at least check to see if tire was Available so I would be able to pick up tire in the morning (so they didn't have to wait for a late client) guy who answered the phone said no I can't tell you because we're closed.
*If your business is closed why even answer the phone?

I had a blow out on the freeway near their shop. Although I was using roadside assistance, Edgar helped me with information and gave me contact info to the city tow assistance. He also followed up with me after a small amount of time to ensure I was being helped. I haven't been this impressed by a business in a long time and these guys obviously do things right. Thank you bud.
