I generally begin with an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspective that focuses on building a new approach to your experiences - called 'psychological flexibility.'

Yenza's focus is to help you (or your child!) feel heard and to commit to a life that feels fulfilling and valuable. I achieve this by working together from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based approach which focuses on creating space for your present experiences, identifying what is important to you, and figuring out how to shift your life in the direction of those values.
Dr. Hayley Roberts offers business and team consulting services in the Denver, Colorado area. Yenza works with your organization to create a values-driven mindset by strengthening communication, creating problem-solving solutions, and improving camaraderie. We also offer general trainings on mental health, work-life balance, and values-based living for your employees and team members.
Supervision services are typically offered to graduate students working towards a degree related to psychology or pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision in order to meet their licensure requirements in the state of Colorado.
