I've been very satisfied with the personnel here at Leesburg Smiles. They do accommodate to scheduling needs and the hygienists are friendly and listen to you if you have any sensitivity in your mouth. The dentists are also very nice, even though I've only met with one of them once. The place is very clean. I even got my husband to get an appointment here!

I called numerous times today, to follow up on the status of my wife's X-rays that the Dentist said she would email. No one answered the phone at either phone number. I left a detailed message, also with no response. Their Mission Statement talks alot about service and the patient being part of the team. I haven't experienced one part of their commitment.

Absolute worse customer service and dental ethic I have ever seen. They were so unprofessional and uncourteous to my son I was only five years old getting his X-rays done they had him in tears so I will not send him back but they did offer just send the X-ray so that my son would have to go through that again and they conveniently lost them how unprofessional. Please please don't send your children to this disgusting dirty dentist office

I had a terrible fear of the dentist.That is no longer the case.The staff is exceptional they made me comfortable and put my mind at ease. The dentists are careful in their work and very mindful of their patients needs.The assistants are great.I had the pleasure of meeting Pamela today and she was so kind and gentle.I would tell anyone who wants good dental work done in a professional and caring environment to go here.It is by far the best dentist i have ever been to.

My daughter had a traumatic dentist experience previously, the dentists and associates at Leesburg Smiles made her feel comfortable. They allow parents to go back with the children and explain everything they are doing! They are amazing with the children. She had a root canal done today and said she didn’t even feel it. I definitely recommend this office to anyone!! Thank you Leesburg Smiles for making trips to the dentist an easy experience for all!!
