A Natural, non-invasive approach to health care. Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that your body is a self-regulating, self-healing organism, controlled by the brain, spinal cord and nerves of the body. The vertebrae, which protect the nervous system, when misaligned or lose its normal motion, causes malfunction of the tissues and organ throughout the body.
The motions of daily life, if done incorrectly, can result in injury to the spine. The following tips can help you steer clear of that kind of pain and inconvenience and keep you feeling your best. Sit with your feet flat on the floor or on a low footstool so that your knees are slightly higher than your hips.

Made appointment on Monday February 15 at 9 AM. Got there early at 8:30 figuring I would have to fill out paperwork since it was my first visit. Waited there until 945 and left three messages on the answering machine and no one showed up. Here it is Friday 18th and not even a phone call to reschedule. Customer service here is horrible! Do not recommend this place at all. Taking my business elsewhere!

I have a congenital spinal defect, scoliosis, and I fractured two vertebrae as a teenager. I've been to a number of chiropractors around the US, most quite good, but Larry Marrich is the best. He does conventional chiropractic adjustments (no Network, and no excessive use of contraptions, blocks, or that awful clicker thing), but his ability to feel misalignment in the body is so good that he gets exactly the right thing adjusted every time. I rarely need more than one visit when my back goes out (and when my back goes out, it's really gone). He also gives great advice about posture and

I feel compelled to post this review after being misled by all of the five star reviews on here. I would give zero stars if I could. I was recommended to see Dr. Marrich by someone who hadn’t seen him for over 10 years, and things really changed in that time. I was seeing Marrich for a motor vehicle accident, and he took that to mean “free money!” He then proceeded to schedule me three times a week with himself and once a week with his in-house rolfer.
My appointments consisted of me coming in, waiting anywhere from 30-70 minutes, being taken back to a room where I had TENS placed haphazardly

This man is amazing. My initial issue that drove me to him was fixed over a few visits. Since then twice I have gone in for very specific pain problems related to my weight lifting and he was able to diagnose and fix in one session both times- immediate relief. He was recommended to me by two different friends and I recommend him to everyone.

Thank Goodness for Dr Marrich he is a Life saver. I was so oooo bad with RA in both my hips and was using a walker to go everywhere and was in so much pain, but started going to Dr.Marrich after a car accident and of course now more pain. But he only smiled that great smile and he great attitude toward life and told me I can help you. Since then he recommended a great orthopedic Dr. Trip and had double hip surgery and am feeling like I'm alive again. All due to Dr Marrich which I still see today to keep tunned up.

I heard about Larry Marrich while living up near Glorieta almost 30 years ago from my Albuquerque sister-in-law. As a contractor at the time, my lower back was constantly in trouble, so we were searching for the Best of the best. He's the Man! Larry was always amazed that we'd drive all those miles to see him, but it was much more than worth it. He's a healer in the best of ancient tradition. I'm back in ABQ for a few days from 1000 miles away on the West Coast and called Larry's office for a "tune-up" and neck adjustment appt. We rarely get an opportunity to find this level of care, so don't miss

There is usually a good amount of a wait time but when you get in Larry is extremely attentive and effective. I once had a completely numb arm and he got me in for an emergency appointment the day before a three day weekend. He fixed the problem and even personally called me everyday throughout the weekend to see how I was doing. The reason for the wait is because they give everyone this level of service.
