When my dad passed, my family was at a loss. Hayley was a godsend to us. She was so warm and made the experience so wonderful. She answered all of our questions. Talked to us like she was part of the family and truly took an interest into my dad. Her suggestions really helped us put together a service that really honored him. She did little things throughout the process that literally warmed my heart in my darkest hours. Worlein is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful employee!
