They replaced my broken windshield. Right away, the rearview mirror popped off when I went to adjust it and the car reeked of stale cigarettes. After they fixed the mirror, as I was driving away, I noticed a new rattle coming from the center console. I took it back to ask them about it, and they denied any part in it. So I drove away again, already vowing never to use their services again. Then I noticed that the windshield wipers were on wrong. Flicking the switch, I noticed that the windshield wipers didn't work. I took it back a third time, and they fixed that. I should have check the reviews

Unfortunately will never bring business here. After my pilot sat in the shop for over a month and my insurance dished out 6k to have it fixed, I got a call from the owners wanting another 1,000 from me. My insurance only covered a rental for 2 weeks, and after 56 days of my Honda sitting there without any work being done to it I brought my car to Fred's Body and had it fixed in 2 days. Unbelievable!

In addition, there are reviews of this shop online that are from family members, which is super misleading. I stand by what I said: $6,000 pocketed (not reimbursed) for my car to sit there and

Quoted me one price, and tried charging me double. The work they did peels right off with a fingernail. Never again!

They claim to be there...personal experience they rob you you everything. Especially do not work for them because they will not pay either. They are only there to steal anything you can give them.

Took my car here after hitting a deer. The price may have been cheaper, but that is because the quality of the work was. They didn't paint the inside handle of my drivers door; they left it bare metal. I was so disgusted with the work that I didn't bother going back. I took it to anther shop that gave me a major discount to paint the door handle.

Dirty shop. Dirty job. Dirty business.

I honestly spend much little time writing reviews; however, my experience with Arcata Body Shop was by far the worst I've had out of any place I've serviced my car. There was minor damage to my vehicles front left fender, and they promised it would look like new. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the paint on an area near the bumper was poorly blended, and refused to pick up the car. The second time I went to pick the car up, the paint looked fine, but the right head light was not mounted on straight. I go back to pick the car up for the THIRD time, and drive

Love the family attitude and support from this shop. They will take care in making you vehicle safe and reliable...

None responsible body shop in Humboldt county, they rip me off by seducing me that they can fixed my car without recognizing on the fixing area, however, when the car is ready, it looks so terrible and they don't responsible at all. What they do is, they threat me that if i don't like it, they can fixed a gain, it will be double price and it will take over a month.
