Thank goodness for a local shop being customer friendly. Meaning not like the military, next, next . NO compassion at all. I have used Kreations for years, always being satisfied and confident my car is finished in a timely manner, and when working out the financial issues they will work with me. Kudos to Kreations, wat to go all staff.

We have had to use their services more times than we like, but each time they have had excellent customer service, done fantastic work in good time. Our autos are always given back to is clean and in great condition. They are a State Farm preferred shop and dog friendly! Ryan McNamara and his crew will take good care of you.

They did a poor job repairing my truck. The folks in front were very nice and helpful, but the quality of the body work was bad, and looked rushed. I had to take it back, they willingly repaired the defect, but the tech caused more damage in doing so.
I'm scared to bring it back at this point, as there seems to be no quality control, and nobody that checks the work. Will not go here again.

I had my 2014 Subaru Forester repaired there when it was almost completely totaled. The front bumper started to peel a little on the corner months later as sometimes they do not bond 100% and I was very worried I would have to pay for a new bumper paint job. I sent pictures to the girls in the office and they told me to bring it by any time to check it out. I wasn't able to until months later and they took one look, said any work done by Kreations has a lifetime warranty, and redid the bumper for free in a few days. 10/10 customer service!

I took my car to Kreations after someone ran into my brand new Prius. I went in for an estimate, and because it was Thanksgiving week we decided to wait until that next Monday. They arranged for a driver to pick up my car at my work, and arranged a rental car. Deidre was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional, very personable and friendly, and everyone else there was too. I got a text message today that my car was already done! It's only Thursday. They had a driver bring my car to my work again, and the rental agency came and picked up the car. Easy peasy! They did everything to accommodate

$10,000 estimate turns into $12,000 and all the electronics in a box on the passenger seat for midcity to put it back together for who knows how much. No offer to make it right. So they can't get the alarm to stop to get the vehicle started they can't put back the wiring so now who's paying to tow it and fix it not them apparently.

Kevin the owner lied to me from day one. Told me he would have an estimate done on my 65 truck in a few days and he would be calling me many times threw out the restore. 6 months later he hasn't even looked at the truck and only called me once after I told them I was taking the truck back. I gave him a second chance after that call and even tho I gave him a month longer then he said it would take he still has not even gotten me the estimate

My bad experience with this shop is the phone service when I called, rude inpatient employees who lack any knowledge on painting cars I didn't even want to make an appointment after that phone call
But upon making an appointment and bringing my car in I was even further disappointed
Paint was splotchy, different tones to the color and just looked like I did it in my driveway.
