I’ve had 2 different appointments with this Dr. I find that he is very rude & unhelpful. One of the staff was very kind to me. He asked if I had questions, when I attempted to explain the problem I was having driving at night due to bright lights, he offered no help, but insisted on selling me on adding anti-glare to my lenses which is not helpful. I asked him about tinting, he told me I didn’t qualify, but didn’t tell me why. Taking my script & going somewhere to pay out of pocket!

My 3rd and last visit. Please don't go there. The receptionist looks and appears to be misreable. She didn't even allow me to finish my conversation to let her know why i was there. She cut me off by asking me questions that were irrelevant and scheduled me and appointment. The other lady that fitted my glasses told me that if there was any adjustments that was needed to go back but she wasn't there today. Wasted trip. I just don't understand how these people are still in business.

If I could give a negative amount I would, they are the most unprofessional team I’ve ever seen. I have been to many vision sources before and this is the absolute worst one. The customer service is not there at all, they are there for their paychecks and to take your money. I went twice once for an eye glass exam which they could not find my insurance.. mind you this is an insurance they claim to take. I paid out of pocket for the exam and prescription. My prescription is not even right, the optometrist himself flipped two lenses asked me if it was ok said I had healthy eyes and sent me in my

If I could just give a review without having to give them a star I would. Staff isn’t friendly, Dr. has no patience and is very rude... Doesn’t explain things well and then had the audacity to say “do you need me to write it down or can you understand what I am saying” (speaking sarcastically).... Took literally everything in me not to go completely off on him. When my husband went in with my daughter the time after I spoke to him about how rude the Dr was, he never gave attitude or anything with my husband. (Assuming bc he is a male) I would never recommend them to anyone. Staff, Dr, HORRIBLE

Our first appointment wasn't bad, but he needed to have his eyes dilated for a second appointment, they sent us home with drops to do them ourselves. An in coming hurricane closed their office no one from their office called to tell us and then I had to call and reschedule my own appointment for two weeks out. Today was our appointment and the Dr was incredibly rude, I'm a foster parent and he asked how complicate the child was I thought he was talking about us patching and I said he was very, he snapped at me about that I wouldn't know how complicate he was to wearing his glasses....well yes I

To be honest, Dr. Jay is a very talented man but his staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I won't be returning to them again as a direct result of their arrogance, disorganization, neglect, and inability to keep accurate record of my eye measurements taken, prescription details, and most importantly actions that they will be be arranging in order for me to receive my "accurate" corrective lenses. Nothing is more irritating than paying for services and being told what to expect and when to expect my purchase and upon following up later being told that I'm mistaken and was never told any of that.
