Worst experience ever.
I had my second annual visit with this office, but this time it was for contacts. The exam went well, but I was upset because the didn't even have the trial pair for me. I was told by the Dr that it wiuld take a few days to come in, which turned out to be 3 weeks, smh. When I called to check the status I was informed that I had to pay $30 for fitting and I ask why. The reason I asked why is I have been wearing contacts for 25 years and I have never been told to pay extra for fitting. Of course I was upset to find that they would charge me out of pocket when my plan pays
