A MUST STAY!!! Where do I start, the home was BEAUTIFUL. Very well cleaned, the property manager Luis was phenomenal with making sure my family & I were satisfied and comfortable. He was also very attentive to all of our needs made us feels as if we were at home and went above and beyond to ensure we stayed satisfied. All around a very peaceful, relaxing, and satisfying stay!!

The host was very responsive and caring. The house was immaculate. The pictures did the house no justice. It was fresh, clean, and smelled great. My family and I felt right at home. Our host Louis answered all of our calls in less then a minute and answered any questions we had. We do this often and this was the first time I can honestly and truly say I cannot stop complementing them. I definitely will recommend him to my business partners and family.

The other reviews must be relatives for owners. This organization is a moral as well as on ethical. I have not been able to get a return phone call or email for WEEKS! They provided false ever ties in regarding the home that we rented and will not take responsibility for the things in the home that were broken, missing, or non-functional. A real slimeball organization!!!! Mike Trover...supposed supervisor is a excuse machine who won’t return calls. Unscrupulous to say the least! STAY WITH SOME OTHER ORGANIZATION!!!

My team and I were so fortunate to stay in a Vacation Rental reserved thru Atlas Vacation Homes. Luis and Mike were amazing to deal with. The operator even asked if we needed reservations because she could get one at Disney Springs! WOW! The unit on Sandy Ridge Drive in Reunion was incredible! It was a seamless checkin/checkout. (We even got a complimentary early checkin!) The unit was well supplied and the bed was so comfortable. The lanai was amazing to do some work and relax. I cannot wait to stay with this professional company again! Thank you Mike for taking such great care of us!

My family rented a home through Atlas Vacations located in Acadia Estates, Kissimmee, FL. This trip was very special to us and the home and Atlas Vacations exceeded our expectations. My mother has stage 4 cancer and a return to Disney World and Universal Studios was on her bucket list. We were all very pleased with the home provided through Atlas, and with a large group we were very comfortable. Our home had a pool and jacuzzi, which was wonderful after a day at the park.
