Services
Transplanted from a small mountain town in Northern California, Ashley moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 2007. She instantly fell in love with coastal living, fun-loving people, and mild temperatures. A strong grasp of the real estate market from years of managing properties and buying/selling homes, Ashley recognizes that no single approach is always best, as every client and property is unique.
Tenant will receive welcome packet with local utility companies, Move-In/Move-Out Checklist for return, Welcome Letter and contact information for maintenance requests etc. Collection of rent and disbursement to property owner (less 6% and any maintenance costs) once clearance of funds has been verified.
Enjoy income from your investment without the hassles of dealing with a tenant! A property manager is able to command full market rate from a piece of real estate. We will perform a market analysis upon each lease renewal to ensure your property is at market rate. We handle all tenant communications & coordinate all maintenance so you can live your life freely and enjoy top dollar for your investment.

I will not have enough space to write all of the amazing things I have to say about this company. My boyfriend and I used this company to purchase our first home. Both Nic and Ashley were amazing in helping us find a house that checked off all of the boxes on our list! The entire process was so incredibly smooth. They eased all of our worries, answered all of our questions, and made buying our first home a fun and memorable experience!

Ashley from Wayland Properties found me a beautiful home right down the street from where I was living. She made sure the house was clean and repairs were done before I moved in. I found out that if you need additional repairs or have any concerns, you can use their simple app and they get back to you almost immediately. Ashley has been easy to work with and I can tell she goes the extra step to make her clients happy. Her assistant Angie was also a big help with addressing any issues that I had. Ashley is one of those rare people who truly love what they do. And that extends to her clients and helping them to meet their goals. She is with you every step of the home buying (in our case) process with thorough research, honest feedback and amazing communication.
