Driver is a hot head, was abusive to my 80 year old mother after she paid $260 plus to retrieve her car. Chose to start shutting the gare with zero communication and fully intended to block her and myself in. Which would have required a call to law enforcement and an attorney. It is growing and changing but here is one of the things I love most about my town. In a hurry, my big dog Weto and I went out to mom’s in Comfort to feed her critters. Before entering the gate I cut down some brush on the right of way and loaded it in the truck. When I backed up to unload the brush. I somehow locked my truck keys, house keys,… phone and my dog in the truck.
After walking down Hwy 289 I finally found a nice lady that would let me use her phone. I could not remember any important telephone numbers because my smart phone does that for me so I called a old friend. KW

We called last Wednesday afternoon (around 6 pm) because our truck broke down on the side of the road. They said they couldn't get to it until the next day. We took it by chain to our place and called Friday afternoon again (why another chance is beyond me). Anyway, said again they were too busy and would call us back Saturday morning. We ended up using Veterans towing instead who were quick, courteous and very reasonable. To top it off, K and W NEVER called on Saturday. They are rude and very unprofessional. They handle the city's police towing which is a nice little contract

I would give the company 0 stars if I could and highly recommend that you avoid this company. After Kelly refused service, rudely, to help with a car, which would probably be towed eventually to impound costing us hundreds of dollars, the owner Kevin called me on my personal number (on a blocked line) cursing and threatening me since I said I would… ensure that his company would be receiving marks for refusing service in such a negative way. After the threats I told him I would call the cops if he called again and hung up to which he attempted to call again and I ignored the blocked call
