Poor communication. First and formost the care for the patient should come first. Several times they have left elderly people by theirselves cus they refuse to send anyone to replace the caregover who has to miss,sometimes. They have many people in the office that they could send out if they truly cared. Dont rely on this company for your parents

We have been waiting for over a month for a caregiver to even be sent out to take care of my elderly family member. The two caregivers that has come out, has quit within a day of working. Very very poor communication and very very poor work ethic! DO BETTER!! We need our elders in this world and it would help if the you guys showed the least bit consideration and understanding!! Ps don’t reply with words reply with action!!!

WORST PLACE TO EVER WORK FOR IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AN SEPARATION NOTICE FOR 3 MONTH (3MONTHS) EVERYONE IN STAFF IS CLUELESS SAYS THEIR NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GIVING ME ANY SEPARATION NOTICE IVE BEEN CALLIN FOR 3 MONTHS GETTING THE RUN AROUND EVERYTIME I CALLED I JUST WANT AN EMAIL OR SOMETHING STATING I NO LONGER WORK THERE!!!!!!! In my opinion based off my extremely dissatisfied experience with this agency i think its poorly managed&too understaffed for one and the office people are full of pathetic reasons&excuses why jobs dont get done! Secondly the few caregivers they sent were unprofessional lazy didnt wanna work type of people and not very truthfully! #RatingIsReallyZeroStars

Senior moments is the worst company I’ve worked for by far. They give no training & are not good at communicating. They throw you in with no supervised training. If you get another job & put them as a reference they will not put in a good word for you and are rude as can be. Even when your up front and honest with them about situations they act as if they don’t care. Not worth the pay or hours.

This company deserves a negative star!!! One of the caregivers was two hours late for a three hour shift with my grandmother. And then calls her to let her know she was at a birthday party and then couldn't come because it was storming...Then had the nerve to ask my grandmother if the needed to come the following night!! She spoke as if my grandmother was an inconvenience. Senior moments ... Hell!!!! You cannot get decent help from these garbage companies 😡
