At Vita Chiropractic, it is our mission to provide an environment of hope and healing to our community. Our main focus is to restore the healing potential of the body through neurologically-based Chiropractic care, so individuals and their families can RISE to higher health and achieve their health goals.
Dr. Zach and Meagan Nelson first had the idea to open Vita Chiropractic while Dr. Zach was in Chiropractic School at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. When Dr. Zach and Meagan first moved to the area, they immediately fell in love with the Kansas City metro, and there was no doubt that it would end up being the home for Vita.
At Vita Chiropractic it is our goal to make your pregnancy journey as enjoyable as possible. So much change is happening to the body in such a short amount of time that it is crucial to maintain proper spinal alignment. Dr. Zach holds this certification and is advanced trained to care for planning/preconception, expecting, and postpartum mothers.
We don't often think of why it is necessary for children to receive chiropractic care. However, we all know that the birthing process can be traumatic. This is why we love seeing children even just a few days after they have been born to be checked for misalignments. Checking an infant for misalignments is as gentle as testing the ripeness of a tomato!

Cassie & Hebah were both incredibly kind, thorough, and helpful to my sister and I at our appointments. I learned a lot about spinal functions and side effects from Cassie that I did not previously know. They are both great representatives of Vita Chiropractic, and I would recommend this place to anyone searching to improve their day to day health/lifestyle!

If you’re looking for an experienced chiropractor that can explain exactly what he is doing in a language you can understand, Dr. Zach is the one for you! The entire Vita staff is welcoming, friendly, and very flexible with scheduling. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve never had a bad experience!

Remarkable practice with remarkable people and a one of kind friend to greet you and the whole family at the door. As someone who has worked in the chiro space for years, I know what to look for in a doc for my family and I, with Vita hands down you cannot find a practice serving the area better! Our family four (including a 3 and 6 year old) will be coming here for a very long time.

I think his name was Brenton. He was super nice and made me not feel uncomfortable. Which is awesome and normally not the case for me lol. And i wish i could remember the names of ladies at the front desk because they were super nice too and so was (I think) her name was Cassie she showed me around and she was super nice as well. And the dog is super cute and made me happy as soon as I walked it. And I met Dr. Zack for a brief second and he was really nice too. Super great experience.
