In addition to eye exams and vision testing, our doctors and our team of professionals provide testing for glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and diabetic changes.Our optical offers a wide selection of frames with options for every budget and one of our three opticians will be happy to help you select the style and fit that is perfect for you!

There are only a handful of clinics in Arkansas to offer this service and as far as we know we are the only clinic within 40 miles to offer in office Vision Therapy/Rehab. Vision Therapy/Rehab is a sequence of activities individually prescribed and monitored by the doctor to develop efficient visual skills and processing.

Had to wait 9 weeks to get my glasses and make 6 trips. I used an entire tank of gas from where I live. Was told they were ready when they were not. I felt like I should have gotten a discount for all the trouble or at least to help pay for some of my gas. I told them without a discount on these glasses I would not be back or even use the eye Dr. No discount unless on my next purchase. THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME. Be careful about going here

Here we are June 21st post pandemic and I am still being forced to wear a mask. Staff pre set an appointment for next year, I never asked and will not be back. Appointment was for 10am, I was called back at 10:20. Overall just disappointing. I will be buying my glasses elsewhere. I can not reward them buy purchasing at their store.

Dr. Franks does a splendid job hiring staff. They do care about the patients. The vision therapist is AMAZING!!!! She truly cares and loves the children she works with. You can see the love she has for them in her actions. She always has different ideas on activities to do and genuinely gets excited with each child’s progress. Very blessed to have such a wonderful team help look after my families eye needs.

Not impressed. Despite them asking for my insurance when I set up my first appointment, I got through the entire appointment to learn they didn't even take my supplemental eye insurance. Would have been nice to know when they asked for it over the phone OR when I got signed in. There were a couple of friendly folks there (including the dr) but most of the staff acted like they didn't even want to be there. I went to pay the balance on my glasses today and one lady right in front of me says to the other girl.. I'm not taking care of her, I'm going to lunch. Really!? Won't be going back. The two

My previous eye doctor passed away so I was in need of finding a new one. After looking at the doctors available who accepted my insurance I found this place. It was close to home and the reviews were good so I figured I would give it a try. Loved this place! Dr. Lunsford was very friendly and the assistant was as well. Me and my husband were very impressed and decided that we have found our new optometrist. You can tell that others feel the same way because they had a constant flow of customers while we were there.

This eye center is the best of the best. The staff is great and our eye doctor, she was the most sweetest and patient doctor, I’ve ever met.. She got me and my three children in quickly and she is all about quality not quantity. I would recommend this center to everyone. I went to another eye doctor and had a bad experience, but this center made me feel comfortable.. 😀
