Resilient flooring - also known as 'vinyl' or 'sheet vinyl' - has been around for decades and is still one of the most popular types of flooring around. Several months and still waiting for product to show up so we can have it installed.
Salesman didn't measure closets and so when the upstairs was done the downstairs was short.
Two months later when they come back with more carpet to do the downstairs, they didn't bring any for THOSE closets.
Run around complete bad customer service, installers all spanish speaking, except the one who barely communicates with us.
Bad experience, run as fast as you can to a different dealer.
I work for a general contractor and I have seen bad service but this is really really bad.
