Just finished having hardwood floors re-finished. Also added hardwood to a previously carpeted area. The whole process from getting an estimate to getting the floor job done was seamless. Good communication. Professional response and they did a great job of installing hardwood.

The commentary is long but would highly recommend reading before purchasing from this company.

The installers were less than honest and the company doesn't stand behind its products.

Would hate for a similar situation to happen to someone else.

This place is amazing. Over the past year I have met everyone who works here and customer service is wonderful. The flooring selection is the best in Kansas City. If you are considering a new build or renovation and want lots of options that are both standard colors or unique colors and looks, Signature Flooring is the place to come.
