All of our properties are managed by a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a real estate professional designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Premier property management is more than just hiring a property manager.
Choice Property Management provides premier property management services for your HOA and Apartment Communities. Our approach to property management is always tailored to suit the owner's goals and the specific property or community. The relationship between an HOA and the community residents can be a delicate one, our professional staff understands that and will remain flexible to the needs of their board members expectations.
Our property management services are supervised by a Certified Property Manager(R) and licensed Broker. Each commercial property building and their individual tenant base is unique in its own way. Most of which have distinct tenants, for example, a retail shopping plaza may only be one building, but hosts a variety of businesses - each with their own needs.
Prior to completing the rental application, please carefully review the following criteria to determine your eligibility. Income Level Requirements: The gross income of at least 2 times the monthly rental rate is required for each applicant. Single Family Home Requires 30% of your total monthly gross income (before taxes), and must be equal or greater than the monthly rent of the property you are applying for.

Jackie takes her job seriously and does her best to accommodate her clients, Since Inlive in another state than my property, I rely heavily on a property manager to make sure the tenants keep the property up and she has done that for me. She also runs her business in a professional manner.

Choice property management just took over our lease in the middle of September 2021. Our lease is over November 30th 2020. We had previously been renting from homework’s since December 2019 as we travel for my fiancé’s job in construction. Threw homework’s we had to pay a 12$ filter fee that was dropped by our house the 1st of every month. We paid our payment via direct deposit every month on time no issues. Our filter was dropped off every month and changed no issues. When transferring to choice management we received an email from homework’s letting us know of the new renters and that

Jackie was the property manager for my mother’s condo in South Bend. When my father passed away in March, we decided to sell the condo. My mother was not in a position to handle her business affairs, so I agreed to handle from Texas. When Jackie found out that we were interviewing realtors, she sent an emotional and unprofessional email to both my mother and me and then proceeded to give notice to discontinue property management one month before the lease was up. She has repeatedly ignored requests for the contact information for the tenants. I think Jackie is a reliable property manager, but

CPM is the first property management company I have worked with, and I could not be happier with my experience. Jackie is easy to work with, and her team takes care of any issues that arise. When one of my units needed to be renovated, they took care of every single detail while still asking for and respecting my input. They even worked with me to pay off my renovation costs with my monthly distributions instead of up front out of pocket which was great! Highly recommend!

Jackie has been managing our condo in South Bend for the 2 1/2 years since we moved to another state. She took care of the cleaning, painting and repairs that were required after we left, which made the move much less difficult for us, and has found renters for it. I worry about whether the current crisis with the Corona19 virus is going to affect her ability to find renters in the near future, but I have confidence that Jackie will do her best.
