Today was my first visit to this dental office, I had a cleaning and 1 filling done. It was a refreshing experience as I often feel anxious about needles and the drilling machines. Dr. Chao's techniques were very professional, gentle, and caring, I did not feel the pain nor the anxious feelings. The filling looks very natural, and I could eat snacks right after. Really love the friendly front desk ladies and the very professional assistant as well. overall positive experience would recommend to people who are afraid of their dental visits like me lol

I love that office! I have had nothing but top, professional and efficient service. Dr. Gotterer listens, explains in detail what he is about to do, is very respectful and does an excellent job, quickly. Karen is my Hygenist, she went out of her way to Google some phone numbers for me, did a thorough and pain free cleaning, even called my next Appt to let them know I would be late!!!! Heidi is most professional, kind and her service is impeccable , returns calls promptly, deals with insurance issues quickly and explains all to you most patiently! #1 office and service!

I was very well taken care of. With Covid, the staff really took precautions. I had to preregister while in my car in the parking lot. Someone came out to greet me and took my temperature. Then they had patients come in through the back door and leave through the front. One way traffic worked well. All rooms were sealed with plastic over the doorways. I wore a mask until I had to show my teeth. Kelly, the hygienist, had a mask and a shield. They were all very careful, kind, and loving. I felt great after my appointment.
