Kings Pointe Catering has a proud and rooted history. While the present catering business was founded and built more then two-decades ago, the true beginning of the business was inspired more than eighty years ago. James Kraisinger (an immigrant from what is now known as the Czech Republic), was inspired to start his own business.
Arriving in the United States in 1907, at age seven, James had a vision to start his own business. In 1937, he traded food for $500 worth of lumber, and built a local landmark, on Quarry Street in Mount Pleasant Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The store still operates today under the original name of Kraisinger's Market.

Services
We specialize in Corporate Luncheons and have a dedicated staff that will take the worry out of your busy schedule. We have both a Cold and Hot Buffet for Luncheons. To keep quantity pricing, all catering orders must be for fifty pieces, for fifty or more people, or for a 10 lb. Minimum. Our minimum for pick-up is 20 people, and our minimum for delivery is 40 people.

In this area it is tradition to hold a reception called a Wake following a funeral or memorial service. This gathering allows family and friends the opportunity to meet in a less formal environment. The funeral luncheon gives mourners the chance to talk about memories, plus celebrate the life of someone they cared about.

Just had them cater my wedding at Bella Terra. They were more than I could have imagined. So easy to deal with, Sandy and Regis were so nice and helpful. Quick to respond and answer questions. Easily met my requests. Wonderful pricing compared to others. Very professional service at the event and most of all the food was great! Got lots of compliments on the stuffed steak, yum!! They mentioned I ordered a lot of food and would have a lot of left overs and they were right! They nicely packed it and supplied some to go containers for anyone to take food home. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank
