I know this Valley! I have been a resident here for 28 years, and love every square foot of our Roaring Fork Valley. I have a passion for helping those around me succeed and to bring them happiness and stability thru home ownership. Amber is originally from the Chicago land area. She moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2005, with her husband Matt, as a Master Hair Stylist. After having her daughter Makayla, and buying her third home, she turned one into a successful short term rental. That was when she realized her heart was in real estate, and the exciting aspects the profession has to offer.
Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, my family moved roughly every 2 years. Our house was often a construction zone while we inevitably remodeled and improved. Once polished, my parents would let us tag along to look at each of the next options, spawning my love of real estate. Today as a Realtor, I find joy in helping you navigate this exciting change in your life!
As a Colorado Native Miriam has learned to rise and adjust to new environments, and break language barriers by being bilingual in English-Spanish. Brad Planz has been amazing to work with! I had to sell a property in Rifle, Colorado, but due to the pandemic, and me actually getting Covid, could not travel to prepare the property to sell.
Wow! What a great experience! Brad helped me with
finding contractors, house keeping services, and even cleaned out the refrigerator when a previous tenant left it a mess.
I needed a 1031 exchange company, and Brad was once again to the rescue! Every question I had, every situation I experienced along the way, Brad was there to steer the way.

We worked with Brad Plantz when we bought our house and then again when we had to sell it. My husband is a veteran and we received Brad's military discount which really helped a lot! Then again, when we sold, we received the discount again!!! Brad is not your ordinary salesman. He shows you what you want to see without a lot of hype and effusiveness but will tell you things to consider in a quiet way.
