I interviewed several realtors prior to selecting Julian and am very happy with our choice. Julian is knowledgeable about our local real estate market, was quick to respond to questions, and was willing to go to bat for us when we were ready to make an offer. I greatly appreciated his opinions but he was never pushy as we worked towards our decision. I have no hesitation in recommending Julian.

Julian was nothing but fantastic during my first home purchase experience. He was readily available particularly because I travel a lot for work and was out of town and moving to the area. Very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations of contractors, mortgage brokers, insurance and more. I would use Julian again for my second home.

Julian did an outstanding job helping me find an investment property. He was patient - dealt well with my indecisiveness - and did a wonderful job explaining and walking me through the process. He knows the Roaring Fork Valley well, and I was fortunate to tap into his knowledge and network. I appreciated his advice and ideas and his finding me a great place.
