Amazing customer service! The woman behind the counter greeted me with friendly smile. Knowledgeable staff assisted me with my loose diamond and cleans and buffed my ring out making it look even more gorgeous. They did it as a courtesy to me and wouldn't accept any money. They even suggested altering my ring as my setting was diminishing. They weren't trying to make a profit they were just trying to advise me of what the situation is. Truly satisfied with their customer service and I will be visiting them again!!

Am not going back here. Bought a few beautiful items here and each time I went in I was treated with rudeness by the ladies. Just called to see if I could exchange a piece a little beyond return allowance and the owner was curt and barely gave me the time of day and refused the exchange request, hanging up very quickly. All about a high price sale probably. The small stuff doesn't count, right!? Buyer beware!

I love this store. The service has been friendly and honest. I was given the bad news that my engagement ring from my ex was worthless. They put it under a microscope to show me for myself. I just wanted to put it into a pendant for my daughter, but they said it would fall apart (haha, just like the marriage).
They had a stunning necklace in their display case that I bought and wear to this day, and still receive compliments on it. In fact I purchased a matching bracelet. When my honey saw this set, he had them make a matching ankle bracelet for me, because he loved it so much.
