Services
Faith guides our mission, to provide a loving and spiritual community for older adults. With roots in the Catholic Church, we are inspired by our Carmelite Sisters' foundation of fraternity, service, and prayer. Our 23-acre campus, owned by the Sisters, features living areas named to honor four saints: Mary, Elizabeth, Joachim, and Joseph.
At St. Ann's we consider rehabilitation a journey, and the path is one we share with our residents. For as long as it takes, we're by your side with clinical expertise and compassion. Before, during, and after the healing process, no one walks alone. Physical Therapy: Improve strength, balance, and range of motion and increase stability in order to prevent falls.
It's LIVING, with a little extra support. We believe assisted living residents should have the freedom to age gracefully, confidently, and comfortably. St. Ann's offers a wide range of services to make this major transition as smooth as possible. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has rated St. Ann's five out of five stars for overall quality, "much above average" compared to other senior care centers.
With around the clock care, St. Ann's staff members are dedicated to service. Our full range of nursing and spiritual care services uniquely positions us to manage the challenges that come with the advanced stages of aging. At any time and for every need, we're here. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has rated St. Ann's five out of five stars for overall quality, "much above average" compared to other senior care centers.
Each person's experience with Alzheimer's is different. At St. Ann's we serve those facing memory loss or other cognitive impairment on a highly personalized basis. We focus on understanding the disease process, knowing our residents, and designing programs that meet their individual needs. A person living with Alzheimer's may eventually need more care than can be provided at home.

My dad who is 93 fell and fractured his hip and needed to be place at at Rehab Facility. We also found out before he could be moved from the hospital he tested positive for Covid even though he had been vaccinated and the rehab had to be accepting covid patients as well. My family has been very blessed that my dad hasn't had any medical issue that required any type hospital stay. The hospital found St. Ann's for us. We were in uncharted waters, being we never had to deal with this kind of issue. This was our dad and we wanted him to be safe for and cared for.
St. Ann's was amazing. The staff in

Be very very careful placing your loved one here! My mothers husband William "Bill" Loftis was placed here by his son Peter Loftis and the staff was told not to let me or my mother, Bills wife of 25 years, Mary Lou Loftis, talk to him, mail him anything or see how he was doing in general. My mother married Bill Loftis in 1992 and they were still married while Bill was in St Ann's home. I tried time and time again to talk to Bill and was denied by the staff. This caused my mother to live the remaining 2 years of her life asking where her husband was over and over and over again. The staff at the

I will start by saying I have no idea how it is to live at St Ann's Assisted living, however no one will answer the phone or call you back at this facility, so I can only assume the care at St. Ann's is as poor as their phone response. I left two messages this week during the mornings. The first was on Monday with the Director of Assisted living to call me back regarding information on the facility for my father. Today, Friday in the morning I left a message on another persons phone regarding the same thing. Again, no return phone call. Looks like really poor management to me.
