I have been very pleased with my choice. I'm out of state and the staff there has helped with my long distance care and communication with my Mother. Clean facility, hardworking CNA's and Med Aides. Fun activities and activities director for the residents. Most of the Support Staff seems like they really genuinely care about the residents rather than numbers.

These are all fake reviews. My mom was here, I often found her lying in her own urine. I ask the nurse how many patients she was responsible for. She said 38. That is ridiculous. No Nurse should have 38 patients. Short staffing...No one wants to work here. Also, very rude Director of Nursing named Loretta she smells like a smoke stack.

We transferred our mother to this facility after a bad experience with another facility. My mother was suffering with painful pressure ulcers for months before her transfer, within weeks they were completely healed. She was very sick before her move and now is doing so much better. The care and attention to detail with her numerous health issues is outstanding. She has MS and requires special attention and is getting that plus much more. Thank you.

I'm a hospice nurse who has been caring for patients here for almost 10 years. Levi and his team has really outdone themselves! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Residents appear well cared for and happy. As a resident of Louisburg, I encourage people to tour and check out first hand the rehab and long-term.

The nursing staff here is so kind and caring with the residents. You can see they go above and beyond in all their interactions even when they are busy and sometimes short staffed. The facility is very clean, the food is great, and the activities daily are so fun for the residents. They made my dad’s stay here as easy as possible providing the best care in a tough situation.
