The office manager was rude to me on the phone. Seemed like she was upset with me for asking questions about how their office operates. Would’ve been my first appointment, but it was cancelled by the office manager. One of the staff members hung up on me when I called back for additional information. I sent an email with my concerns since a phone conversation wasn’t working, and haven’t received a response. It’s been over a week.

After being a patient of her predecessor for about 15 years and having my medical records transferred to this clinic by my retiring optometrist, I assumed the quality of care would be similar. Dr. Gregor & her staff go above & beyond to take care of you. For my last eye exam, Dr. Gregor took extra time to make sure I was not having any issues with my contact lenses or vision. In addition, my college daughter had a dry eye irritation that was really bothering her & preventing her from going to class or using her phone/computer. Dr. Gregor & her staff got her in right away & even stayed after hours to tend to her needs. Very professional, attentive, kind staff! Highly recommend!

The doctor and staff spend adequate time testing and diagnosing however if you have questions after your visit I have found it difficult to get effective and timely follow up consultation unless you make another appointment. Any questions about the diagnosis seem to be viewed as a direct affront to the staff or doctor herself as opposed to simple patient concern or lack of understanding. Dr Gregor would do well to have a little more patience and a little less thin skinned.

I was scheduled within two days of calling in a request after I was referred to this office. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. During my exam,Dr. Leslie Gregor and her staff went above and beyond to help me identity my vision issues as well as provide me with great tips to help with eye strain. Dr. Gregor took her time to do a though exam and made to ask lots of questions so she got an accurate picture of my vision. Kim was also a highlight of my visit when she helped me pick out the perfect frames for both work and everyday

I have been going to Gregor Eye Care for years and found Dr. Gregor to be very professional and caring. HOwever, in June this year, I purchased a pair of glasses from their eye center. They were very expensive (Over 400 when I finished). In less than a month, two of the rhinestones fell out of the sides. I called them and asked if they could fix them. They said "no problem," they would just order a new frame and call me when they came in. When they came in, they said just bring my glasses in and they would switch them out, but there would be a $20 shipping charge." I was flabbergasted
