I was in a car accident and the stone came out of my wedding ring. It had been created for me overseas, so I contacted him and he said I could either send it to him to be repaired or he would send me a new stone and I could have a local jeweler put it in the ring. I opted for that since I didn't want to be without my ring. When the stone came, I took it to Brown Jeweler's, opened the box right in front of the salesperson and handed over my ring. When I picked it up, the stone had a scratch right across the top. I pointed it out to the salesperson, she went to the back and came back and told me

I just wanna say browns jewelers did an amazing job on my grandmother's necklace that she past down to me before she passed away. The lobster claw broke on my necklace and they replaced it for me.
