First time going there. Getting married and was looking at wedding rings. Bought one and paid for it and she just handed me the ring. No box, no thank you . I was not impressed with their customer service.

Worst service on a watch ever! I took my Seiko watch in to get it cleand and a new battery. Fast service. But, it never cleaned at all and a button was still stuck and would not work. I left it again, and came back in about 2 weeks to pick it up. They took forever to find it. I have a feeling that they had not looked at it yet. After about 20 minutes, they came out with it. Said it was all done. The button still did not work, and an older man said that they couldnt fix that problem. But I was charged more for cleaning it. I put it on and the time was correct. Four hours later, the time is over

Best Jewelers in town great people they have everything that you can ask for and they can do anything for you I meant they could probably build a whole country out of gold and diamonds really they're the best. I would trust him within anything.

They helped me resize my wedding ring same day and for an amazing price, and it came out looking fantastic!

I went in to get a diamond ring appraised and Harout is who I saw. Not only did he welcome me right in,he educated me on my piece,so that I knew why he valued it at the value he gave.He took pictures of my piece, and blew them up just so I could clearly see as he went into detail about my ring. They are wonderful and the prices are wonderful and they make things perfect! It is a wonderful place to go to and my mom’s grandfather clock was fixed by them today. 1972 clock and it works great again. I gave the worker named Chris two hugs!!

I will go out of my way time and time again to return to this jeweler. This business is family owned and it feels they family when you walk in the door. We are alway greeted and taken care of promptly. Most importantly is they're honest! The commercials you see on tv are exactly how they are in person. Family owned and operated for 60+ years, in same location. When you walk in, they make you feel part of the family. Often, you will see Mr. Foshee himself sitting at his workbench examining/repairing watches. Harry will quickly envelope you with his wit and charm and his intimate knowledge of their high-end inventory. There are sufficient other salesfolk in the store to take care of everything from changing watch batteries to adding/removing links of watch bands, necklaces, ring sizes, etc.

Recently went to Foshee for my daughter to get her engagement ring resized. The staff were professional and accommodating.

He was to fix our grandfather clock. He came over, took the clock apart, took all the pieces with him. We placed numerous calls and he kept saying he was still working it. TWO YEARS passed and he was still working on it. We went down to his shop and he could NOT find any of our clock pieces. His shop was a disgusting mess. His ONLY response was laughter, telling us "too bad, I don't have time to fix it". TWO YEARS and that was his reply. He is worthless as a business man and PLEASE DO NOT waste your time doing business with him. Stay far far away!!!! Learn from others, go elsewhere

Foshee Jewelers was recommended to me by a certified gemologist in Virginia as a reliable place in Lakeland, Florida, where I could get jewelry evaluated. The gemologist was polite and professional as he evaluated multiple pieces for me, identifying the pieces of value. I had anticipated spending an hour getting the job done, but his knowledge of and years of experience dealing with gold, silver, gems, and watches meant he was able to evaluate everything very quickly. I would recommend Foshee Jewelers to others who need their jewelry evaluated or appraised.

I was in area and i found this place thru yelp of course. Came inside was greeted always a plus+ . i ask to get a quote for my pendant bail install and i was showed couple of choice and i was quoted 50$ which I thought i bit high but since customer is there it that thing that make you want todo business with them she said it can be done in 15min so im sold. Good place and friendly i would recommend this place.

I've done business with the Foshee's on multiple occasions and each time I received great service, honest appraisals and have been very satisfied with the money I received for jewelry that I've sold there. Extremely dishonest and rude. Refused to inspect a watch I bought from them after it stopped only a week after purchase. Stay away there are lots of other better places that value their customers.

Foshee Jewelers is a family owned and operated business that has been here for decades. I purchased a nice Howard Miller wall clock here for my workplace last summer when we did a bit of redecorating, and Foshee gave an attractive discount off the Howard Miller MSRP. The clock had to be special-ordered and arrived when promised. The sales and service staff are all friendly and I would gladly shop here again.

The shop isn't much to look at, but don't let that stop you from giving them a try.
