I have had a wonderful experience with the Damianos realty group. I have been a tenant for about 10 years and have received top notch service and attention. The building is absolutely beautiful. The family clearly has pride of ownership and it shows. They constantly renovate and improve the buildings. The grounds are always immaculate and the landscaping is exceptionally maintained. Whenever I have had a problem, all of which were minor, the building manager has responded within the hour. All of my needs were met. I’ve been in Damianos buildings all over Long Island. Started in their building in Babylon and I now have 3 locations, all in their buildings. Their price is higher but well worth it.

If zero stars was possible that would be the review. Typical Long Island property owner manager. Renting out old space for a lot of Money the quality is awful. Leaking Roof, bad office layout and things get only fixed if there is absolutely no way to avoid it. Beware if you have the chance!

I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. When a light goes out, they’re in my office within the hour. They also maintain their buildings to the highest quality.
