Lora is a phenomenal agent that goes above and beyond to help her clients in their home-buying process. She is incredibly responsive, not afraid to get her hands dirty looking in every nook and cranny of a home, and is great at pulling together extensive research on every property that's a viable candidate for an offer. She is professional at every turn and never loses her cool, even in this very frustrating market for buyers. I truly cannot recommend Lora enough!

I honestly don't know how to explain how wonderful my experience was with Lux House Hunters. Lora and Lynn were simply perfect. Lora in particular did a tremendous job interfacing with the seller to get us the initial offer accepted (out of 9 offers!), she negotiated the fix rider (30 items!), and continued to stay on top of the entire transaction through closing. I moved from an upstate location to Long Island. I didn't know the areas and I used Lux House Hunters to find me a condo. I am so happy to report that the condo that Lora found is the best one for my situation. I ''m near shopping, restaurants, airport and theaters in Suffolk County, NY. The condo itself is just beautiful with very spacious rooms, a basement and a garage. So Happy!!!!!

I don't think my review will do Lora justice - she is simply just the BEST!!! She is thorough and listens to all of your concerns. She genuinely cares that you get the best property at the best price. She looks out for you and your best interests as the buyer. Whenever we needed more information or for something to be coordinated (whether it was a viewing, inspection, appraisal, etc.), she was on top of it!
We really felt like she could handle our business without us having to be involved, which is great if you're busy and don't really have the time to be on top of someone.

I would highly recommend Lux. Our agent, Lora Cusumano, was thorough, professional, and provided the excellent service we needed to find the perfect house. I would highly recommend using Lux House Hunters when looking for your new home. Lora Cusumano reviewed my needs and set me up with realtor Paul Salvatore to help me find an apartment or cottage to rent. He has provided a ton of support and helped this be a low-stress process. Mr. Salvatore is patient and took all of my concerns and desires into account when lining up viewings. He is understanding and flexible.
