They had the knowledge and all the information we needed to get our vehicle repaired and in less time than estimated with a little extra TLC given that was very unexpected at a reasonable rate. They helped with our insurance and rental information and made the whole experience simple and easy!

Let me start of by saying this guy is a scammer. He purchased a $1000 piece of equipment from me on eBay, used the equipment to complete one job, damaged it, and then lied to eBay about the reason for return. Now I'm stuck with a broken tool that I can't sell, very unprofessional Mr. John Grossini. I would 100% steer clear of this guy, he did not hesitate to scam me out of $1000, why would he hesitate to scam you?

Some fool backed into our 2013 Ford Explorer in the Walmart parking lot on 3/1/2020.After contacting our insurance agent, we were referred to Grossini's Auto Body in Grover Beach.We took our vehicle in on 3/2/2020 before noon & met with Lupe Santana. From start to finish Lupe was super attentive& professional. He looked over the damage and explained the process needed to make the repairs.They had our vehicle in the shop that day, repaired and ready for pickup on the afternoon of 3/5/2020! Needed body work quickly in a town that we had no experience. Read Google reviews and chose Grossini's. Could not be more pleased with their work.
Never fun to have to do this...but they may it painless, professional and even dealt with the insurance co on my behalf. Would highly recommend Grossini's.

Great work, great communication. I took in my 14+ year car with a big dent in a back door. Came out with a car that looked brand new.
I've had work done at Grossini's before and another body shop, Grossini's is the very best. You have a choice of body shops, this is the one you want.

We have had several jobs done here and I am always impressed with how quickly they get us in and the quality of the work. They walk you through the process and make sure you are well informed (especially helpful when your insurance is involved), and their warranty is great. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them!
