Services
Echo School of Dance was founded in 2011 by Echo Waldron-Noble. We provide unique and meaningful dance education for all ages and abilities, including a curriculum of pre-professional ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop. The focus is to educate and build a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance through individual involvement and exploration.
As a full-time pre-professional conservatory of dance, our skilled staff will provide instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and modern for all ages at a level above what is currently found in our area. Because the quality of dance instruction is important to us, we will keep our class sizes small for a low teacher-to-student ratio to keep the instruction focused and intimate.
Our students are required to follow a dress code during class time. Our focus is to provide the best instruction possible and there are fewer distractions when students looks professional and are uniform with each other. In addition, please review the hair requirements below. Preparatory 1 - Any style plain buttercup yellow leotard without skirt attached, separate buttercup yellow skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, black tap shoes.
Conservatory students must enroll in a minimum of one semester; however, we strongly recommend commitment to both semesters to gain proper development and progression. If interested in performing in our Spring 2022 Recital, enrollment in Semester 2 is mandatory. Private, group, ballroom, and swing classes are available upon request and instructor availability.
ECHO School of Dance has competition teams based on skill level. Being a part of one of the teams at ESD is a wonderful experience for students to learn teamwork, gain responsibility, build self confidence, and increase stage presence by getting multiple performance opportunities throughout the year.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This studio is ran by very unprofessional people with limited communication capacity. They are very unorganized, extremely unprofessional, and often use threats when dancers are not meeting the expectations, causing stress and anxiety among the dancers. At one point, a coach yelled at my 17 year old, in front of the entire team "you are not worthy of being on the same team as [dancer's name]", because she was a few minutes late to class, along with that, the coaches and staff gossip about families and dancers. They are incredibly distasteful.

Great dancing, and obviously amazing teachers. Loved watching the girls dance. But the costume choice on one of their more recent performances at the Boise Festival of Trees is concerning! The young girls no older than 13 were dancing in what looked like panties and see through lingerie tops... Personally I find that highly inappropriate.
Other than the inappropriate costumes, the dancing was excellent
