We had hired AAA Family Move company to relocate us and we were really happy with their dedication and efficiency. The move was much quicker and perfect than we had anticipated. The foreman and his team were careful with our belongings yet at the same time they were so fast. The way they worked together was most impressive. Best moving service.

I had doubts about movers because we have had a bad experience with others in the past but they made it so painless and so quick that I had to give them my appreciation. This is a review of a company called AAA family movers. I have had the most horrifying experience with this people. Beware. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They will take your stuff, have you sign a "contract" which is badly written and later, whenever they decide to show up with your stuff, weeks or months later, they will charge you extra for EVERYTHING!!! Elevators, steps, moving your stuff from truck to truck when that is not even your responsibility.

Fantastic moving service. The foreman and his moving team were super professional, upfront about all the cost, speedy, careful and efficient. The customer rep too clearly has an abundance of relevant experience and lets you feel to be in extremely good hands, an important issue when dealing not only with the pragmatical but also emotional side of moving. Everything was so well taken care of. I can't recommend them more highly.

SCAM. They quote you on price over the phone and then double it and take advantage of you. The sales rep Alex completely liedu to get my business and then did the ol bait and switch. 80% of your stuff is loaded then they hit you up for double and extort you. They don't know how to calculate cubic feet. They told me I had a thousand cubic feet worth of stuff. I parted ways with them and went and rented a U-Haul truck. After I load it all my stuff it calculated out to less than 500 cubic feet. They tried to double the volume so they could double the price. I took photos of all these scenarios and

I am still waiting for my things. Was completely lied to by Steve and Nathan. It has turned what is already a stressful situation (moving across the country) into a nightmare. The pick up was 3 hours after the cutoff time. They left my apartment at 11 o'clock at night!! Now...I have been sleeping, working, and eating on the floor with none of my… stuff while trying to start a new job in a new city. Utter garbage. And I was also given the read the contract line by Sam even though 2 other people told me the time frame is generally 5-7 days. They picked my stuff up on July 24th!

He said that my home… stuff will be delivered within 5 days. He said they are NOT broker. I signed the contract. They picked up my home furniture on Thursday June 18th. This company is not who you want! Choose anyone else! They stole my sons PS4 out of one of my dressers, broke several large items, ripped up our grill cover, destroyed our dining room table and a few other large pieces and we are now having to fight with them to give us the full value of our items back. I decided to use this company when I moved from Kansas City to Dallas because they seemed to have a lower price as well as a pretty fast delivery time. I would not hire again. I was charged $600 over the original quote, they will nickle & dime you for everything. Communication and coordination was a nightmare. I had several items arrive damaged after being poorly packaged (glass lamp thrown in a box with a blanket over it) and a couple smaller items that never arrived at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Every step of our move has been a complete disaster. Their lack of integrity is astounding, and we are still waiting for our stuff. Our first issue was that after we signed for the amount of the move, they changed the amount without our consent. Then we learned that one of the trucks carrying our stuff crashed and rolled, breaking many of the items inside. We just moved from Reeds Spring, MO to Alabama, and we were pleasantly surprised. Archie and his crew arrived after a long day of packing another house and did a fantastic job of packing our house and all with great attitudes. We then drove to Alabama and a day after we arrived, we received a phone call that the truck would be there that afternoon. The two gentlemen did such a wonderful job unloading our house. They also were enthusiastic and friendly. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received.
