Ms. Klein was very patient with me even on my worse days. She always got back to me in a timely fashion. I asked her if she ever takea a day off because no matter what time of day or night I would emai her a question that just popped in my head and she always responded within 24 hours. Although the majority of the time she got back to me within 15 minutes. Ms. Klein made me feel like I was her only client.
