This place is AMAZING!
It would be a long story about how they helped me out; so I will just skip to the highlights.
1) They got me an appointment within days (when everyone else was giving me months).
2) Diagnosed the problem within minutes of my arrival. I had a blown power head on my 2016 Mercury 250 Opti
3) Karina worked with Mercury Marine to find my parts and they were air shipped (between Thanksgiving and Christmas).
4) The engine arrived on a Thursday at 3:30 and Gil had it installed and running again by Thursday at 6:00.
He worked overtime to met a commitment. He is good, honest

Let me start by saying the first time I went to this shop was when I was looking for a part and they gave me good advice. Then I decided to put a new motor on my boat because the one I had was pushing 25 years. With that said after I put down the cash, making good on promises stopped. I purchased a new motor gave them 9k up front they gave me a date 6 weeks out and the only thing they did in that six weeks was pick up my boat from the storage facility the day they said it would be done. The excuses were long and drawn out. I was angered at the fact that the results where fare less than promised

Dropping by late in the afternoon with an issue with my outboard motor, I met Corina, who was so welcoming and gave me idea on what she felt was my issue. She then explained that they would gladly get me in first thing in the morning and was confident that they’d get me back on the water soon. Sure enough the next day all went so well and Gilbert came out and showed me the bad part from my motor and I even was given help with my warranty paperwork. I can not say enough about the company. I have used them several times and would not want my boat to visit anywhere else. The are knowledgeable, friendly, fast, efficient they will inspect your boat and let you know if anything else needs to be done they catch the warning signs and truly care about getting you back on the water. If you are in the Havasu Arizona area or headed that way and have any boat issues I highly recommend taking your boat to Fallon Marine. Mark my words you'll be glad you did.

Fallon Marine had our boat for a year to complete work that took 1 week. They kept putting us off and lying to us about what they were doing. They also lied to us about where our boat was. We were told it was at the fiberglass shop and it was not. In the end my husband had to check on a daily basis to push to get it done. Even then it was not done like we wanted. There were constant lies and deflection about what was being done. I will never go back and would never recommend this shop to anyone. One review mentioned shuck and jive. That's exactly right. Horrible experience.

I was given this build sheet for this motor from Fallon marine. The motor sat untouched for a year. Today we ran the numbers on this motor when it was installed and it’s the same numbers just 20psi lower on every single cylinder. I bought this motor thinking it as a good motor when it fact it is not. The seller nor Fallon mArine want to stand by their build sheet. Now I’m out 10k on a 1996 2 stroke motor. Smdh. Don’t trust Fallon marine.

We have been coming to Lake Havasu and enjoying the weather and boating. This year I had a blower motor problem and a engine noise that was a concern. I called Fallon Marine and just like every prior time I've needed their help, they were kind and offered very quick help. Fallon Marine is the best qualified to make repairs and they have fair pricing.
We come to the lake to boat and vacation. Fallon Marine understands our needs and does their best to get the repairs done in a timely and professional manner.

Choosing this place was one of the best things I ever did. I called them and they were very very kind courteous and helpful. They got me in right away got my boat fixed and got me back out on the water in the same day. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. And very very knowledgeable. I live two hours from Havasu and I can tell you they are going to be the ones that service my boat.

3 hour repair took them 4 months and thousands of dollars. The day I got it back I took it out on the lake and had to be towed because it had a major gas leak. This company is unprofessional to say the least and put me and my family in danger. Also, they wait until the last minute to order parts so that they can charge an extra $100 for "rush shipping".

Where to start - the service is horrible and the results are even worse. After waiting 8 weeks for our boat and thousands of dollars later, we set out for the lake all the kids and ice chest packed. We got out on the water and 20 mins later the damn thing stopped working.
We luckily had someone come by and offered to tow us in. I since then found another shop and will be seeking restitution from Fallon Marine.

I was in dire need of an ignition coil for a Mercury outboard motor since my boat suddenly started to misfire. Fallon Marine was the only place that had multiple coils in stock for same day pick up. To top it off, Gil and Corine provide EXCELLENT customer service. Both were very knowledgeable on part info and availability. Gil even gave FREE mechanic advice that is hard to come by. I'm looking forward to doing more business together :)

Our boat had an issue the first day of vacation. Fallon was recommended to us so we went there. Everyone was so nice! They had boats promised for that day and stuck to their promise but said they would get to ours the next morning and did. The price was reasonable and they went above and beyond to help be able to enjoy the rest of our vacation! We will definitely make them our Lake Havasu boat mechanics!

In Lake Havasu and boat just shut off as soon as I launched it! Pulled it out of the water and called around. Fallon Marine said they could look at it. We towed it down and they fixed it in a few hours and got us back on the water! They saved our trip. Best thing is they only charged me $240 when they could have tried to gouge me. Since then my buddies boat broke down on water and he took it there and got same great service and my boat stopped again and I brought it down right away. They are always so nice! So glad I found this place.

Absolutley the worst shop to deal with. If you want to get burned this is the place for you! I've been boating and dealing with boat shops for 20 years and this place is by far the worst. Way overcharged for parts, the parts were ordered last minute after weeks of having the boat so they charge me for shipping on the parts, Nothing is done on time. This was a 4hr labor job. They had my boat for a month, left it sitting out in the havasu sun and dirt the whole time. I Made an appointment and dropped it off on a Friday, it was supposed to be done the following Thursday I was told. The boat wasn't

I've only dealt with Fallon once but it has been spectacular. Can't believe there's only one review that is "recommended". The others are 5 stars also. Every person I have spoken to in Havasu has had nothing but great things to say about these guys. Will be back time after time and recommend them to anyone.
