Bob Peltier is solid in his knowledge of what it takes to buy and sell land in Texas. He answers every time I call, provides guidance on what to expect, went out of his way to drive further than expected for our property, and discussed the honest pitfalls to manage expectations. Realtor does not return phone messages or respond to requests for more information from their website. Not sure how they stay in business. I left at least 3 messages and requested more information 8 to 10 times and have never been called back or sent information. I would not list my property with them. Imagine how much more properties you could sell if you would be attentive to customers coming to YOU!

Bob and his youngest son are probably some of the worst realtors I’ve ever dealt with. He blew off our offer that my realtor sent with no responses and basically told me that he would not pay our realtor. He and his son basically made threats over the phone that I would have to go through him and we would need to pay our realtor separately. Gave 0 day options and a mess of other things trying to force us to sign his contract. I will be contacting trec concerning his and Blake’s behavior. Stay as far away as you can! They are possibly the worst agents I have come across and what he was charging

They are hands down the best. I worked with Lisa Peltier and she absolutely went above and beyond in everything. Very professional and yet friendly never felt rushed or undervalued as their buyer. Bob was wonderful and lend me an ear before he assigned Lisa to us. We had already gone through 2 other real estate agents from other agencies but they weren't helpful. The lenders we chose were horrible and Lisa was nice enough to be the one to deal with them instead of me stressing out so much. Next time we will go with their lenders of their choosing. All in all it was a tough road but they made it

Worst experience ever. This guy Bob was directly responsible for the failure of the purchase of a property. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending to our agent and to us. Don't make the same mistake we made. There are many good, honest and reputable agents out there. Stay away from this guy.
