Birdsong Real Estate provides the use of its moving truck to clients who buy or sell a property through us, free of charge. We are also pleased to offer its use to area charitable organizations. The only cost to approved users is the gas you use! The truck will have a full tank of gas when you pick it up; please return it with a full tank of gas!.
Show our moving team what furniture and personal items you would like to take with you, and they will pack you up and move you in the Birdsong Real Estate moving van to your new home. Moving does not have to be stressful! We will help facilitate an estate sale or donations to be picked up or delivered to donation facility.

This agency represented a seller who acted both illegally and unscrupulously. We were under contract, and when a tree fell on the garage, the seller, without allowing us to help pay for damage, decided she didn't want to honor our legal contract (and probably wanted more money/seller's remorse). Instead of siding with what was legally and ethically right, Birdsong supported her. Thousands of dollars in attorney fees later, we own the house. I will never recommend Birdsong or Ryan Birdsong due to this experience. Mr. Birdsong is not strong enough to stand up to a manipulative, unethical seller.

Birdsong has been a cherished name of the Lake Jackson community, since I moved here in 1992. Ed found me a house for our blended family of nine, before it was even listed. With divine intervention, my husband and I qualified for a loan & still live in this house, 21yrs later. Thank you Birdsongs!♡

I spoke with an agent who was extremely rude and hung up on me. I definitely would not take my business there.
EDIT: After I posted the above negative review, the owner called me and we talked for a bit. He apologized for the agent. He seemed polite and respectful. We talked about what happened and gained some information about the misunderstanding. With all of that said, it's still important for everyone to treat people with respect. I am raising this to 3 star from 1.

Is a true hero of mine. Seems ridiculous that my realtor would be described as a hero, but I don't know how else to put into words how grateful I am for her. She is patient, real, no BS, knowledgeable and just kind. She never forced us to do anything, she was patient with our decisions and was so professional. I won't use anyone else… in the future. She got me through some tough times too. She would call just to check in on me when a couple things, out of our control, didn't go our way. She is a true hero and I am so thankful for her. We used Josie LaChance at Ryan Birdsong Reality. She did an amazing job, she was knowledgeable about the area and really listened to what we wanted. The whole process was a lot smoother with her by our side and we got a great fixer upper in a phenomenal location. Josie even gave us names of inspectors, mortgage companies, and even contractors that could help us with the remodel. She truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend her and Ryan Birdsongs team to anyone.

Josie LaChance was our realtor from Birdsong Reality and she was phenomenal. She helped us find a house that was in our best interest, a sound investment for the future, and was honest about each area of the city we were so new. For her it wasn’t just about the sale, she wanted to make sure we were happy...we went through several different options and finally closed on an amazing mid century fixer upper that we love. We start next week on a full remodel to update. Through every offer we made she fought for us and was a great negotiator looking out for us. She also gave us contacts for many contractors
