We're here to help. Our Great Neck office is our main location where we see patients for all reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. This location has a fully staffed operating room and recovery area that is certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. Here aesthetic surgery procedures are provided under general anesthesia.

If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer or if you are at higher risk of breast cancer, you may be considering mastectomy. We can help you understand the types of procedures available and how each one could impact your breast reconstruction choices. Skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomy techniques can create a more natural final breast reconstruction contour with less visible scarring compared to.
Secondary breast surgery can help to refine your breast reconstruction by improving breast contour and symmetry and minimizing pain or discomfort related to the original mastectomy. Revision procedures can improve breast contour by addressing the breast soft tissue as well as the implant position and surrounding.

Dr. Israeli is not only the kindest and most modest plastic surgeon I’ve ever met (aside from his partner Dr David Light who is also extremely compassionate), but he is a highly skilled surgeon. I am SO thankful for finding him, as he gave me options no other surgeon even mentioned. I had a DMX in May 2021 and thanks to him, I was able to avoid unnecessary (and potentially risky in my opinion) lymph node dissection Additionally, unlike most surgeons, he is among the first to do nerve grafting and 2 1/2 months post-op I am already regaining sensation unlike most patients who have had DMX.

Dr. Israeli is an excellent breast reconstruction surgeon. I had cancer and had both breasts removed. While going through this experience alone, he listened and told me my options. He showed me pictures of what to expect. He’s an excellent surgeon with an amazing bedside manner! If I had to, I would do it with him all over again! My breasts came out amazing. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Israeli!

Hands down Dr. Israeli is the most phenomenal surgeon ever. When I learned that my breasts needed to be removed I was completely devastated. Within seconds of meeting Dr. Israeli I instinctively knew that I was in the best of care. He’s passion, empathy and sensitivity is quite remarkable. He is a perfectionist and has hands of gold. I couldn’t be happier with my results and thanks to him I feel whole again. Once again my instincts were correct! Dr. Israeli is not only an asset to his profession, he truly makes the world a better place. The world needs more people like him. 💕

I was recommended to Dr. Ron Isreali, who was so busy. He had the sisterhood talks to me then someone of the staff who introduced me to the nurse and the started to take pictures of my breast. I was so overwhelmed, with everything. I said to myself it looks like a great place for someone like me. They show me all his work and pictures of reconstruct and women who are fighting breast cancer like me. If I say I saw Dr. Isreali for 5 mins I’ll be lying. I remember saying to him that Dr. Kilgo told me he was the best for doing the fat transfer. Dr. Isreali told me he will do better than fat transfer

Dr. Korn does not listen to what the patient wants. He does what HE thinks looks good. He is very unclear. I had a breast augmentation and then he had do it over because I was so unhappy. After the second one, I am still unhappy. It is not what I wanted. So insurance paid for it and now I don't have money to do anything about it. Thanks a lot Dr korn! Find a doctor that is very clear with what the outcome will be. Ask: what will it look like at the end of all this?? Good luck!

If your looking for the best Plastic Surgery Practice, this is the one. Their commitment to their patients, expertise, skill, care and compassion are exemplary. You won't find more dedicated surgeons and staff, from beginning to end. Their practice is all encompassing, from support groups, therapy help, and an artistic eye to detail from the surgeons. True perfectionism, that is well appreciated when seeking a plastic surgeon. I cannot say enough about this wonderful group of surgeons and staff. They become a part of ones family, as they truly care about their patients.
