Our fully accredited, private, in-house Upper East Side surgical suite offers our patients the convenience and flexibility that's not available with other plastic surgeons who operate within a hospital. The anesthesiologist in a hospital is paid a fee by the hour. Whereas our OR anesthesiologist is on a meter with a set fee schedule, so if a procedure demands additional time it can become more-costly.

As you age all sorts of other things happen to make the eye area look tired. As gravity pulls down on the forehead, the frontalis muscle fights back, pulling skyward creating furrows on your forehead. At the same time, gravity and age conspire to push the fat around the eyeball forward, resulting in those unsightly bags below and above the eye.
As we age, gravity pulls down all of your facial muscles including the lips. Additionally, the bone in your mouths gets ground down and becomes shorter. Dr. Freund is truly an artist and a phenom within his craft. I received several recommendations of surgeons from close friends, however after attending consultations with the aforementioned, I was left wanting... something was missing. I found Dr. Freund to be very gentle, caring and honest. There were certain procedures I was considering and he told me I did not need them. He explained every little detail to me, knew what he was doing, and, exuded confidence and knowledge. I did consult with two other doctors and am glad I chose Dr. Freund.
